Custom vibratory bowl feeders
When a standard bowl cannot handle the part — irregular geometry, precision surfaces, micro dimensions — we design the bowl around it. Precision sorting and orientation, variable-frequency speed control, low noise, and handling that will not scratch or jam your parts.
The workhorse of the line: bowl feeders sit at the front of the automation line and decide whether everything downstream ever sees a correctly oriented part.

DOB & SMT feeding machines
Built for the lighting industry. LED DOB modules, lamp beads and SMD components are sorted, oriented and fed automatically, then docked precisely to the SMT placer — replacing manual loading and lifting placement efficiency and consistency.
Why it matters: manual loading is slow and inconsistent at DOB volumes. An automatic feeder keeps the placer fed at its true cycle time.
